  AEJMC Conferences are planned through a democratic process known to members as the “chip auction.” AEJMC Divisions and Interest Groups are awarded programming ‘chips’  that they may use to plan Conference sessions. Division and Interest Group Vice Heads/Program Chairs are responsible to Conference programming.

  Program Schedule

  Each conference attendee will receive an updated printed schedule at the conference and will have access to our mobile app schedule before the conference begins.
   
  An email containing instructions on how to download and access the mobile app will be sent out the week of July 23.
